Terms, in plain words.

These terms cover your licence, the sale and refunds. Please also read the risk statement.

Software, not a financial product

Aurexion is software you run on your own machine with your own exchange keys. We sell no derivatives, hold no funds and arrange no trades. You alone decide what you trade, and you are responsible for whether you may trade it where you live. If you may not use a supported exchange, do not buy a licence.

Your licence

• This is a licence to use Aurexion. It is not a sale of the software.
• The licence covers the number of machines your plan allows (Starter 1, Pro 2, Premium 3), for the plan you bought and the period you paid for.
• If Aurexion Labs shuts down, every customer with an active subscription then gets a final licence. It never expires, it covers their plan and version, and it works offline.
• You may not resell the software or share your licence key.
• You may not get around the licence checks.
• You may not reverse engineer the software, to the extent the law allows.
• Your strategies, your models and the output of the assistant for them belong to you. We claim no rights to them.
• The software is not guaranteed to be error-free. Aurexion is not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, data errors or missed orders.
• You are responsible for your exchange account, your keys, your settings, your taxes, and for complying with the law where you live.
• When a subscription expires, nothing changes for 3 days. Then, for 3 more days, no new trades are opened and open trades close by their own exits. After that any trade still open is closed and the instances stop.
• If you break these terms, we can end your licence.

Terms of sale

• A subscription is not renewed by itself. To keep going, you pay again. See renew your licence.
• Crypto payments: the amount is fixed when checkout starts.
• We do not refund overpayments sent to the wrong address.

Refunds

• Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so there is no 14-day withdrawal period.
